INFORMING TRAINERS FOR THE PURPOSES OF ORGANIZING AND IMPLEMENTING THE TRAINING AND LIFELONG LEARNING AND POSTING OF RESUMES

All electronic forms available on the C.CE.LL. website replace any printed application.

By using these services and submitting an online application, you declare responsibly that the information you filled in, is true, while C.CE.LL. reserves the right to cross-check this information by presenting the necessary supporting documents.
By sending the information, your personal details are processed by the University of Western Macedonia (Secretary of C.CE.LL.), which has its headquarters in Florina. Contact details: telephone +302385055008, email address: kedivim@uowm.gr.

UOWM has designated as Data Protection Officer (email address: dpo@uowm.gr).

Your data is securely registered in the website’s database and is accessible to the Scientific Director of the relevant programme and the Center’s competent and specially trained administrative staff, who act under the direction of UOWM. With the commitment to maintaining confidentiality your data is processed for the purpose of adding you in the Register, organizing and implementing the provided training and lifelong learning, with the legal basis of article 6 par. 1 b' (taking measures before entering into a contract and, in case of conclusion, performance of the contract) and article 6 par. 1 e' (public interest / exercise of public authority) of the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on Data Protection (hereinafter: GDPR).

If your application is accepted and you give your approval, you consent to the creation of a public profile that will be uploaded to the Center's website in the “Member Register” section, where your CV will appear as well as any networking information that you may have optionally filled in.

You have the right to access the personal data concerning you and to information about their processing; the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data; and, under certain conditions, the right to delete your data, including the right (only for students, graduates, and representatives of UOWM) to withdraw your consent at any time and free of charge (without affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent before its withdrawal), the right to limit the processing, and the right to object (except for students, graduates, and representatives of UOWM) to the processing at any time and for reasons related to their particular situation.
