The Centre of Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning (C.CE.LL.) was established in 2018 (Gov. Gazette 1149/29th March 2018). It has been operating for the last four years as an autonomous unit of the University with the purpose to provide certificate- awarding Training Programs aiming at reskilling and upskilling by employing distance and blended training methods.
Responding to market demands, the C.CE.LL offers high quality, flexible training opportunities through delivering a variety of training programs for those who wish to advance professionally or seek an opportunity for self-improvement.

Certified to the international standard ISO 21001:2018
The management system of the Center of Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning of the University of Western Macedonia was certified to the international standard ISO 210001:2018 by BQC, a Greek Accredited Certification and Training Body. Furthermore, by organizing Training Programmes in the English Language, in the near future, it aims to expand internationally and become a competitive force in the marketplace of training.
